Our services
From the machining center to the conveyor that feeds it. One local team for the whole floor.
Vertical and horizontal machining centers: axis faults, ATC jams, way lube, ballscrews, crashes and alignment.
Turning centers, Swiss-types and lathes: turrets, chucks, bar feeders, sub-spindles and tailstocks.
Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain, Mazatrol and more: alarms, dead screens, lost parameters and drive faults.
Noisy, hot or vibrating spindles diagnosed on site, with drawbar, bearing and taper work handled.
Overload, overcurrent and encoder alarms traced to the motor, the cable, the amplifier or the mechanics.
Scheduled PM for the machines you depend on: lube, filters, backlash, level, alignment and a written report.
Hydraulic and electric press brakes and shears: crowning, backgauges, light curtains, valves and cylinders.
Turret punches and mechanical or hydraulic stamping presses: clutch and brake, tooling stations, feeds and safety.
Hydraulic ironworkers back to punching, shearing and notching: pumps, cylinders, strippers and stations.
Production band saws, cold saws and cutoff saws: blade tracking, guides, vises, feeds and hydraulics.
Fiber and CO2 lasers and plasma tables: cut quality, motion, height control, chillers and gas delivery.
Intensifier and direct-drive pumps, cutting heads, abrasive feed and motion systems.
Wire threading, generator faults, dielectric and filtration, and accuracy problems on wire and sinker EDMs.
Surface, cylindrical and tool grinders: wheelheads, hydraulics, way wear, chatter and finish problems.
Plate rolls, section rolls and CNC tube benders: hydraulics, rolls, mandrels and controls.
Wood, plastic and metal routers: spindles, vacuum tables, gantries, tool changers and controls.
Machine-tending, welding and palletizing robots: faults, encoders, grippers, vision and safety circuits.
PLCs, HMIs, I/O and control panels: faults found, programs backed up, and lines running again.
Hydraulic, electric and hybrid presses: barrel heats, screws and checks, clamps, ejectors and controls.
Conveyors, wrappers, case packers and plant equipment: drives, belts, sensors and controls.
Pumps, valves, cylinders, accumulators and air systems: leaks, pressure loss, heat and slow motion.
Motors, VFDs and power components: trips, overheating, bearing noise and drive replacement or setup.
Describe the symptom or read us the alarm. A tech will tell you honestly what it’s likely to be.
Why a local team
Big maintenance companies sell long contracts and staff your plant from far away. We work the other way.

|---|---|
| Who answers | A tech who can talk about your machine, not a call center. |
| Who comes | The nearest tech, from a van stocked for the job. |
| What you sign | Nothing to get a repair. PM plans are built around your machines. |
| What you get after | A written summary: what failed, what we did, what to watch. |
| Who sells you the next machine | The same team that keeps it running. |
How it works
The same process on every call, so your supervisor always knows what’s happening and what comes next.
Tell us the machine, the control and the alarm number or symptom. Text a photo of the screen if you can. You talk to a tech, not a dispatcher reading a script.
Some problems end on the phone: a parameter, a reset sequence, a door switch. If not, we tell you what we suspect and what we’re bringing.
The tech closest to your shop takes the job, with the meters, tools and common parts the problem is likely to need.
We trace the fault to its cause, explain it in plain words, and fix it on site when the part is on the van. If a part has to be ordered, you get the part number, the lead time and the price before we order.
You get a written summary: what failed, what we did, what we’d watch. If the same failure is likely to come back, we’ll say so and suggest the maintenance that stops it.
