Not sure what's wrong?

Describe the symptom or read us the alarm. A tech will tell you honestly what it’s likely to be.

Why a local team

Local techs, not a national service contract

Big maintenance companies sell long contracts and staff your plant from far away. We work the other way.

LocalSpindle
Who answersA tech who can talk about your machine, not a call center.
Who comesThe nearest tech, from a van stocked for the job.
What you signNothing to get a repair. PM plans are built around your machines.
What you get afterA written summary: what failed, what we did, what to watch.
Who sells you the next machineThe same team that keeps it running.

How it works

How a service call works

The same process on every call, so your supervisor always knows what’s happening and what comes next.

1

Call or text

Tell us the machine, the control and the alarm number or symptom. Text a photo of the screen if you can. You talk to a tech, not a dispatcher reading a script.

2

Triage by phone

Some problems end on the phone: a parameter, a reset sequence, a door switch. If not, we tell you what we suspect and what we’re bringing.

3

The nearest van rolls

The tech closest to your shop takes the job, with the meters, tools and common parts the problem is likely to need.

4

Find it and fix it

We trace the fault to its cause, explain it in plain words, and fix it on site when the part is on the van. If a part has to be ordered, you get the part number, the lead time and the price before we order.

5

Report and prevent

You get a written summary: what failed, what we did, what we’d watch. If the same failure is likely to come back, we’ll say so and suggest the maintenance that stops it.

Brands we service

Fanuc, Siemens, Haas, Mazak, Okuma, Amada, Trumpf and hundreds more

Techs who know Fanuc and Siemens controls can work most of what’s on an Illinois shop floor.

Preventive maintenance

Catch it before it stops you

Scheduled PM for each machine, with the same numbers measured every visit and a written report.

Machine sales

Buy from the people who fix them

New and used CNC machines, checked by our techs before you buy and set up on your floor.
